Baristas work front and back of house, providing great customer service, making beautiful coffees and food, helping to keep the cafe clean and stocked at all times. Experience is not required, we will train the right candidate. Bakers work back of house, working diligently to provide amazing baked goods while also keeping the kitchen clean and stocked at all times. Experience is required for a baking role, but it does not have to be professional experience. Managers/Leads keep everyone on task, track inventory, fill in when needed, and make sure we are always on top of food safety and consistently amazing service. Leadership experience is expected for lead roles.
